Our Windows hosting partner has reported intermittent issues when connecting to mailboxes and webmail. Engineers are investigating this as a priority. Customers using windows hosting may be affected by this issue. Those customers using WordPress and MODx systems, or their own email will be unaffected.

Webmail access should be working now. Accessing your mailbox may still be an issue. Tha data centre has experienced a major equipment failure which has been replaced, but it is taking time to restore the system.
